Remind App

Remind App is a free App, which stores parent cell phone numbers in one space. Lab staff use the Remind App to communicate reminders, daily schedule information, and any time sensitive information regarding children’s care. Cell phone numbers are only visible to the Lab staff. To communicate with the Lab staff through the Remind App, please fill out a Remind App Permission Form and submit to preschoollabadmin@calpoly.edu.

Private Shutterfly 

The Cal Poly Preschool Lab maintains a private website via Shutterfly.com. This is an interactive communication tool between the Lab and our families to “make learning visible.” Teachers will post children’s current activities, which will include photos and first names. The website also includes documents, like our classroom wish list and volunteer opportunities, as well as useful links to child-friendly games and information for parents.

To gain access to the site, please sign a current Shutterfly Permission Form and submit to preschoollabadmin@calpoly.edu.
